What is a doula consultation?
Whether your prepping for birth or baby is already here, a doula consultation is one of the best gifts you could give yourself.

During this meeting, we'll get to know each other, talk about your wants and needs, and explore the best options for you and your family.
​
It's an opportunity to ask questions, share your birth plan, and learn more about how I can support you.
